EMT Emergency shears for use if you need to cut your rope. Please make sure you choice the approprite shears for your rope type. Bamboo shears are NOT suitable for cutting Jute or Hemp rope.
Bamboo shears - 14.5 cm mini shears - these are perfect for bamboo ropes but are not suitable for use with Jute and hemp rope.
Jute and hemp shears - 18.5cm, these will easily cut through bamboo, cotton, jute and hemp easily, but are not suited for cutting through hempex.
Tuff shears - 18.9cm Black coated, with hook. There will easily cut through bamboo, cotton, jute, hemp, and synthetic ropes like hempex and POSH. The handle has a clip on allowing you to connect them to your rig bag, belt or a carabineer.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How long will dispatch/shipping take
I post daily :-)
All items are sent using a tracked service, your dispatch email will have a copy of this-keep notifications on, and please keep an eye on it, its not unknown for postal services to visit and not leave a note telling you where your parcel is being held for collection.
Same day dispatch is available by prior agreement, next day shipping is available on domestic orders.
All items listed are kept in stock, in rare occasions in the case of low stock items may take 3-14 days to dispatch.
Once dispatched items in the UK will arrive within 2 working days, items sent to the rest of the world should arrive within a week.
Do you use discreet packaging?
Yes! Ropes are sent in plain unmarked parcel boxes. International orders, I ame legally required to complete customs, these are marked as "dyed yarns" if your ordering rope, jewellery is marked as such.
Jewellery is sent in a stamped red envelope, and wrapped in a plain piece of paper to protect it in transit.
The outer packaging never shows no links to my shop no matter what your ordering.
Returned items
Where an item is returned to us as a result of an incorrect, incomplete address, or non payment of customs, an additional charge will be applied for re-delivery and packaging.
These charges are. UK= £5, Europe=£11, USA=£12
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION:
If an order is returned to me I will message you and ask you how you would like to proceed.
-ROPE orders after 14 days of not having a reply or upon your request I will refund the order minus postage/restock fee of UK= £5, Europe=£11, USA=£12
-JEWELLERY as all Jewellery is made to measure I can not hold jewellery in stock for resale. Refunds on undelivered orders are not possible. I will hold onto your order for 28days for redelivery instructions.
