Import Fees & Customs Shenanigans

All orders are sent out from the UK — land of tea, queues, and surprisingly enthusiastic customs officers.

If your order is heading outside the UK, it may pick up a few extra charges on the way, such as import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These aren’t included in your purchase and will be your responsibility when your parcel arrives in your country.

Customs rules vary wildly (some countries barely blink, others demand paperwork that looks like it came from a treasure hunt), so please check your local guidelines if you’re unsure.
