Shipping policy

Where an item is returned to us as a result of an incorrect, incomplete address, or non payment of customs, an additional charge will be applied for re-delivery and packaging.

These charges are. UK= £5, Europe=£11, USA=£12

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION:
If an order is returned to me I will message you and ask you how you would like to proceed.

-ROPE orders after 14 days of not having a reply or upon your request I will refund the order minus postage/restock fee of UK= £5, Europe=£11, USA=£12
-JEWELLERY as all Jewellery is made to measure I can not hold jewellery in stock for resale. Refunds on undelivered orders are not possible. I will hold onto your order for 28days for redelivery instructions.
