Bamboo is the new comer to the world of bondage, its made from a bamboo viscose and often blended with cotton for stability.   As the material has a white base, its easy to dye in a variety of vibrant colours.

Tying with Bamboo is very different to Cotton, Jute or Hemp due to its flexible and slightly "squishy" texture.  Care is needed not to overly tighten knots, as this can make it difficult to undo again.

A solid colour bamboo rope can be an excellent choice for a "sex rope" or rope used for sex, as it will forgive the occasional wash significantly more than its jute or hemp counterparts.

As the rope is more delicate, it can fray easier.
