How to Tie
- The Slipped Half Hitch needs something to butt up against to hold in place, in this case i am tying it against a half hitch. Tie a half hitch, then bring your fingers between the working end and the rope you are tying to.
2. Bring the working end in front of the rope you are tying to.
3.Hook the working end through the gap that was made by your fingers.
4. Pull down towards the half hitch.
5. The slipped half hitch is now complete. To untie just pull the working end.

Can be used to refer to either the end of the rope or specifically the small section of rope after the knot
